Equipping every First Responder with a comprehensive program of preventative and resilience-building strategies, ensuring they have the essential tools to effectively handle the challenges of their demanding and vital work

Founded in 2024, First Responders Resilience Network (FRRN), known as T&T Squared LLC, provides online, preventive mental health training specifically designed for first responders. 

Created by experienced first responders and supported by PhD-level researchers, T&T Squared (FRRN) delivers data-driven, peer-reviewed programs that meet national standards. 

Our mission is to proactively prepare first responders to handle trauma and stress beginning at the academy level and continuing throughout their careers, ensuring long-term mental health and operational readiness.

Our Mission

Our target audience includes federal, state, and local government agencies that employ first responders; training academies and educational institutions preparing new recruits; law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and dispatch organizations; public safety training academies and related education programs; emergency management and homeland security agencies; and healthcare and crisis response organizations seeking evidence-based resilience and mental health training for their teams.
